Welcome to the Town Center Cottages at Cocoa Beach. While newly remodeled, the Town Center Cottage duplexes were built in 1948 and were some of the earliest buildings on Cocoa Beach. We have heard that the cottages along A1A were military housing as Cocoa Beach ramped up toward the heyday of the 1960's with scientists, astronauts, and dignitaries all eagerly reaching for the stars (and the moon).
Today, you can enjoy our fantastic location, where you are close to everything Cocoa Beach. Whether it's surfing, watching rocket launches, walking on the beach, meandering small boutiques and awesome restaurants, capturing wildlife photos, or just hanging out and relaxing, the Town Center Cottages at Cocoa Beach have it all!!
We call Cocoa Beach our home and are thrilled that you will be staying with us and seeing everything that our little beach town has to offer.
Your Hosts
Welcome to Cocoa Beach from your hosts – Catherine and Todd plus Aunt Wanda.
Catherine and Todd have lived in Cocoa Beach since 2014. Todd is a Florida native and Catherine moved here from Kansas for college, water skiing and warm weather, not necessarily in that order. We are both engineers, Catherine working in the aerospace industry and Todd working in the water resources sector. While we have lived in several different areas of Florida and the mid-west, Cocoa Beach is the place we are happy to call home. We love the small town, beach vibe and enjoy interacting with our fellow locals as well as visitors from around the world. We know you will enjoy Cocoa Beach as much as we do and are happy to share our insights about the area.
Aunt Wanda lives locally and earned her nickname helping take care of our dogs while we are at work. Former teacher, forever animal lover, and enthusiastic friend – Wanda is joining us as a cohost to help ensure that we are able to support our guests throughout the day.
